Where should I start with Regeily?
Start with the everyday foundation: cleanse, tone, and moisturize.
Choose The 5 Minute Body Reset if you want to try Regeily in travel sizes, take your routine on the go, give it as a gift, or begin with the lighter texture of Body Lotion.
Choose the Essentials Collection Trio Box if you want the full-size foundation with the richer moisture of Body Butter.
Both options give you a simple everyday foundation. The best place to start is the one that feels easiest for you to keep.
What is the easiest Regeily routine?
Remember three words:
Cleanse. Tone. Moisturize.
Use Body Cleanser in the shower, mist Body Toner onto clean, damp skin, and finish with either Body Lotion or Body Butter. That is your everyday foundation. You can begin with Step 0, Dry Body Brushing, and add Body Polish and Body Oil when you are ready to expand your ritual.
What is The 5 Minute Body Reset?
The 5 Minute Body Reset is Regeily's travel-size starter set. It includes 2 oz Body Cleanser, 2 oz Body Toner, and 2 oz Body Lotion, plus a REGEmini Travel Bag.
It is a thoughtful choice for trial, travel, gifting, or anyone who prefers a lighter moisturizer. Check the product page for current pricing, availability, and bag options.
What is included in the Essentials Collection Trio Box?
The full-size Essentials Collection Trio Box includes:
- 6 oz Body Cleanser
- 4 oz Body Toner
- 8 oz Body Butter

Is the REGEmini Travel Bag the same as The 5 Minute Body Reset?
No. The 5 Minute Body Reset includes three mini body-care products and a travel bag.
The separately sold REGEmini Travel Bag is an empty cosmetic bag and does not include body-care products.
The Regeily Routine
How do I use the numbered routine?
- Step Zero, Dry Body Brush: This is an optional pre-shower preparation step. Use the Dry Body Brush before bathing, following the product directions.
- Step One, Body Cleanser: Apply with your hands, sponge, or cleansing cloth. Massage over the body and rinse.
- Step Two, Polish and Tone: On exfoliation days, use Body Polish after cleansing with your hand or body mitt in gentle circular motions, then rinse thoroughly. Mist Body Toner onto clean, damp skin. On other days, move directly from Cleanser to Toner.
- Step Three, Body Lotion or Body Butter: Apply your preferred moisturizer.
- Step Four, Body Oil: Apply after Lotion or Butter for a moisturized, smooth-feeling finish.
You do not need every step every day. Cleanser, Toner, and Lotion or Butter create the simple everyday foundation. Add Body Polish up to four times per week, and add Body Oil whenever you want the complete ritual.
When should I use Body Polish?
Use Body Polish after cleansing, up to four times per week. Apply it with your hand or body mitt using gentle circular motions. Focus areas may include the backs of the arms and legs, elbows, and knees. Rinse thoroughly, then continue with Body Toner on damp skin.
Should I choose Body Lotion or Body Butter?
Both products serve as Step Three and can be interchanged.
- Body Lotion has a lighter texture and is especially lovely during spring and summer.
- Body Butter provides richer moisture and is especially comforting during fall and winter.
Choose the texture that feels best for your skin, season, and routine. You can switch between them whenever your preferences change.
Where does Body Oil fit?
Body Oil is Step Four, the finishing step. Apply it after Body Lotion or Body Butter for a moisturized, smooth-feeling finish.

Where can I find the ingredient lists?
The ingredient list for each product appears on its product page. Review the list for the specific product you are considering, especially if you have known sensitivities or ingredient preferences.
Are Regeily products suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin needs and sensitivities are individual. Review the complete ingredient list and patch-test a small area before introducing a new product. Stop use if irritation occurs.

Who created Regeily?
Regeily was co-founded by Christian Hawkins, CEO and Licensed Esthetician, and Courtney Larvadain, a marketing and brand strategy executive.
Christian created the products and worked directly with the chemist. Together, Christian and Courtney created a structured body-care system that combines esthetician-led education with a routine designed for real life.
