Refund policy

  1. What is your return policy?
    Currently, we do not accept returns for products that have been open. We do accept sealed returns within 30 days of purchase
  2. Can I return open product?
     If any items are damaged or incorrect when you receive your order,  please email support@regeily.com with your order number and a photo, and someone will respond within 48 hours to assist you.
  3. How long does it take to process a return?
    Yes, please email support@regeily.com with your order number for a return authorization or for any questions and concerns. Please note, that we do not credit or refund shipping charges and we are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged en route, so we suggest using a shipping method that can be tracked. Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns.
